Focus on Mississippi to Prevent Diabetes Initiative
The MSDPP mission is to establish a statewide delivery ecosystem for the National DPP and Medicare MDPP lifestyle change programs. This public facing MSDPP initiative is to promote the alignment of diabetes prevention stakeholder interests and catalyze stakeholder actions for the delivery of the National DPP and Medicare MDPP lifestyle change programs intended to prevent, or delay Type 2 Diabetes.
